This helps Gold Geese to provide you with a good experience when you browse the site and also allows us to improve the site. E-mail Messages: Note that if you send an e-mail to Gold Geese we may retain those communications and your e-mail address in order to reply to your enquiries, fulfil your requests and to improve our services.

When Gold Geese May Share Your Information
This is subject to change, but we will only share information with your permission. Our website is still in construction phases and we will have personal information opt in/opt out boxes for personal information use with regards to sharing.
Operations and Maintenance Contractors
Gold Geese operations and maintenance contractors sometimes have limited access to your personal information in the course of providing products or services to Gold Geese. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content for the operation and maintenance of the site. Unless you have acted to opt-out of receiving e-mails and newsletters from Gold Geese, these contractors also may have access to your e-mail address to send newsletters or special promotions to you on our behalf or to send e-mails to you for purposes such as conducting market research on our behalf. Access to your personal information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for Gold Geese. In the unlikely event of Golden Geese’s bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, Gold Geese may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

Where we store your personal information
The data that we collect from you will not be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential, we ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Information security
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Gold Geese does its best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
How long we store your personal information
We will store your personal information for as long as you remain an active supporter i.e. unless and until you ask us to remove it.
Access to information
Data protection Legislation gives you the right to access information held about you, and related information including the purposes for processing the personal information, the recipients or categories of recipients with whom the personal information has been shared, where possible, the period for which the personal information will be stored, the source of the personal information, and the existence of any automated decision making. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with such legislation. You can exercise your rights free of charge, but we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for such requests which are repetitive, manifestly unfounded or excessive, in accordance with applicable law. Under certain circumstances, you can request transfer of your personal information directly to a third party where this is technically feasible.
Deleting your personal information
You can contact us to request that all personal information relating to you be deleted from our database. We will honour your request provided the personal information is not required for compliance with a legal obligation under European or member state law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
Complaints, problems and correcting and removing personal information
If you have a complaint or problem or would like any personal information relating to you corrected or deleted, please e-mail us at hello@goldgeese. Personal information will be corrected or deleted, as applicable as soon as possible following receipt of the request. We try to answer every e-mail within 5 days, but may not always able to do so.
If you do not receive adequate resolution of a privacy related problem, you may write to us at registered address pending. We will notify you within 30 days of receipt of your letter to confirm your personal identifiers have been corrected or removed. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (http://ico.org.uk).
Limitations on removing or changing information
Upon your request, we will delete your personal information from our active databases and where feasible from our back-up media. You should be aware that it may not be technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to Gold Geese from our servers, and this action will prevent the Member from downloading activity data following the deletion of their data. We may also retain personal information that is required for compliance with a legal obligation under European or member state law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. We will inform you if personal information is retained for this purpose.
Notification of data breaches
In the event of a serious data breach we will endeavour to alert all affected Members within 72 hours after we become aware of the full details of the data breach.
Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. No part of the Gold Geese site is directed to persons under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use or access the site at any time or in any manner. Gold Geese does not knowingly collect personal information on the site from persons under 18 years of age.
Changes to this Policy
We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on effective date stated below.
